30/9: Opening of the Sámi Week 2024

We are now gearing up for week 40 and the annual Sami Culture Week, which starts on Monday with the opening here at the Silver Museum.
As usual, the week offers a variety of activities, from openings to book talks.
During the opening night, there will also be various activities, mingling and extra good coffee!

Vernissage
Embroidery as a means of artistic expression: 34 embroideries of red-listed species.
The exhibition has been made by Täcklebo Broderiakademi/Norrtrådar in collaboration with Norrbottens museum.
The opening is a collaboration between Arjeplog municipality and Silvermsueet.
