Tillgängliggörande av Norrbottens kulturarv

Genom att ta fram en ny plattform om Norrbottens historia siktar vi tillsammans med Norrbottens museum och Ájtte på att öka kunskapen om regionens historia, särskilt bland barn och unga. För lärare blir ”Norrbottens kulturarv” en webbplats att hitta inspiration till lektioner, kunna hämta lektionsförslag och få tillgång till kurerat material som utgår från historiska föremål, arkivhandlingar, tryckta verk, fotografier och platser i Norrbotten.

By increasing the volume of digitized material at each museum, linking data, improving quality, increasing dissemination and packaging and thematizing the participating museums' digital collections and cultural heritage, the goal is to increase accessibility and thus knowledge of the county's history for a wide audience, especially children and young people.

The project is unique in the field of cultural heritage and represents an effort by the county's museum sector to meet the national cultural policy objectives in Norrbotten's cultural plan. The project has attracted national interest and will be followed by the National Heritage Board.

Samordnare av projektet är Norrbottens museum i egenskap av länsmuseum och pågår 2024 – 2026 med finansiering från Region Norrbotten, Sparbanken Nord samt Kulturrådets utvecklingsmedel för regionala kulturverksamheter.
