Conference and venue rental

Through our premises, we can offer a different setting for both exhibitions and conferences. The premises are well suited for art as well as for various events, meetings and lectures.

When renting a room, it is possible to book for our conference menu.

auditorium

Polstjärnan

In our deep blue auditorium Polstjärnan there are 60 fixed seats with the possibility to expand to 90.

Technical equipment: Screen and projector, possibility for live broadcast/recording. You connect your own computer. Wifi, hearing loop, microphones, lectern.

The premises Östan and Västan are directly adjacent to Polstjärnan.

Elevator and toilets adjacent to the conference room.

Exhibition and conference room

Östan

Östan with its soft atmosphere is a versatile and flexible venue, suitable for up to 40 people. It can be furnished for different types of events, from meetings to workshops. Directly adjacent to Östan is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher.

Technical equipment: 85″ screen with associated conference system (audio/video). Wifi.
In direct connection to Östan is Polstjärnan.

Small whiteboard or flip over is available.

Exhibition and conference room

Västan

Västan is the room that gives the feeling of being inside and outside at the same time. The room's large windows provide a fantastic view of the water, while the rust-red walls give warmth to the room. Here we offer a versatile and flexible room, suitable for up to 40 people, which can be furnished for different types of events.

Technical equipment: 85″ screen with associated conference system (audio/video). Wifi.
Polstjärnan is located directly adjacent to Västan.

Conference room

Skogen (The Forest)

Skogen (The Forest) is our smallest conference room with the quiet atmosphere that the forest provides.

There is a large meeting table that can accommodate up to 10 people, as well as a sofa group for conversations and coffee breaks.

Technical equipment: 55″ screen with associated conference system. Wifi.
Projector and projector screen.
