Viewing in Doktorsgården

In Doktorsgården you get to know the museum's founder Einar Wallquist better. Here you will find exciting interior details, Gustavian-style furniture, art and books in a well-organized home. The house is like a time capsule where you can distinguish fashions from different decades.

Visits to Doktorsgården are only possible during the summer.

Frequently asked questions

The Silvermuseet is located next to Riksväg 95 (Silvervägen) in central Arjeplog, at Torget. The same building also houses the Arjeplog Tourist Information.

The Silvermuseet's three floors are reached by elevator, which is located adjacent to the entrance. There is also an elevator adjacent to the group entrance that leads directly to the exhibition rooms Östan, Västan and Polstjärnan. Adapted toilets are available on the ground floor and basement level.

Yes, the card is valid for both the Silver Museum and Doktorsgården.
