Outdoor environments

Are you interested in any of the cultural environments in the municipality of Arjeplog and want to organize lessons in connection with them?
We are happy to help!

Suggestions for excursion destinations:

- Adjacent to the Silvermuseet, both the log cabin and the stable cabin are perfect environments for learning.
- Both Åsen and Rackträsk are excellent areas for showing traces of the ice sheet, but also for practical exercises such as cooking in a cooking pit, hunting and trapping, the importance of fire, etc.
- Skärrim, located close to the Norwegian border, is a place where you can see clear traces of stable plots, storage pits and other remains that tell us about the early life of man. Read more about Skärrim under the heading Projects.
