For a number of years, the display Sunday in Arjeplog has been equal to Christmas market - so also this year. The market is organized by Skapande Händer and the SSilvermuseet, and we invite you to a day of sales, activities and a wonderful Christmas atmosphere.
Creative Hands, the association for those with a creative streak, will be selling crafts - everything from knitted socks and mittens to ceramics and home baking. The Silvermuseet's shop will also be open during the market, so there will be plenty of opportunities for Christmas shopping.
In addition to sales, it is of course set for a wonderful Christmas atmosphere and cozy activities! Among other things, it will be possible to ride a reindeer and sleigh with Sara Unnes, who will be there with her reindeer. At 14.00 there is a book release of the newly printed book Alvos giehto - terrible stories from Arjeplog. For the crafty, it will be possible to make old-fashioned Christmas decorations and of course Santa Claus will appear! And if you're feeling peckish, the Mellanströms Folketshusförening will be there selling hamburgers.
And hey, you can even take part in the letter hunt! A letter is placed in the shop window, and together these letters form a sentence. If you solve the challenge, you can enter the draw for great prizes.
