We are pleased to announce that Ingela Edholm Forsberg will be the project manager for Rádestit, the project that will look at local collaboration on the licensing of small game hunting and fishing in the Arjeplog mountains.

Ingela is currently finishing her position as museum director at the Forest Museum in Lycksele, and will start her engagement at the Silvermuseet in mid-May. Despite having her roots in Lycksele, Ingela does not lack the local connection needed to lead the project. She has previously worked at Arjeplog municipality with planning and collaboration, including in the municipality's master plan work. She therefore has extensive knowledge of the conditions in the municipality and a broad network that will be very useful in the project.

- I look forward to coming home and working in Arjeplog with collaboration between different stakeholders who are affected by small game hunting and fishing, says Ingela Edholm Forsberg. Arjeplog already has extensive experience of collaboration on various issues, and the project is fully in line with the guidelines in the municipality's master plan and other guiding documents. It is a great confidence to continue working with these important issues at a local level! I look forward to meeting the people of Arjeplog again and to working together on the project.
